Pizza Studio Tamaki features acclaimed pizzaiolo Tsubasa Tamaki’s renowned Tokyo-Neapolitan pizzas in the heart of the East Village. Crafted with his proprietary flour blend imported from Japan, the menu is complemented by PST’s signature starters and a thoughtful beverage program.

Reservations are currently available on our SevenRooms and DoorDash reservation pages through June 17th.
Beginning June 4th, reservations will transition to a 14-day booking window, with new dates released daily at 10:00 AM ET.
If you do not see availability for your preferred date, that date is currently fully booked. Please select the “Alert Me” button on our SevenRooms page to submit your information and join the waitlist should any cancellations become available.
Please note that we also accommodate walk-in guests on a limited basis as space becomes available, on a first-come, first-served basis.
